Spencer has a suprising flashback about how her and Ali used to fight all the time, and the flashback was when Ali said that Spencer tried to steal everything from Ali. Then she pushed Ali. Suddenly she starts to question is she really did hurt Ali or what. She can't remember, she just knows that she pushed Melissa down the stairs so maybe she got so angry she hurt Ali. After all of her flashback madness, her mom and dad made a decision on what to do about the Golden Orchid contest. They decide they are not going to tell anyone that it was Melissa's paper. Was this really happening? Were Spencer's parents really taking her side on somthing? They also said they expect Spencer to win. The last part of their deal was they said that Melissa and Spencer have to start getting along or else.
Emily has finally arrived in Iowa to stay there with her aunt and uncle. They are so uptight and strict and Emily does not know how she is going to spend her time here. She comes to find out the kids are homeschooled so she will not be attending regular school. Her aunt and uncle see her pull out a cell phone and take it from here because they don't allow cell phones in the house. She was going to bed but strangest thing was happening. Her boring cousin Abby just changed into a tube top and mini skirt and tube top. Abby asks Emily if she is going to come, maybe Iowa won't be so bad.
